Welcome to the 2019 Traveling Baseball Try-outs Registration - to be held Fall 2018.


Tryouts for the summer 2019 traveling teams will be held at the following locations/times.  All players should attend both days of tryouts.


** 10AA & 10AAA - Krattley Fields
     September 8 & 9 - 10:00 AM
    (Head Coach Interviews will take place on September 9)

** 11AA & 11AAA - Grandview Park
     September 8 & 9 - 1:00 PM
   (Head Coach Interviews will take place on September 9)

** 12AA & 12AAA - Glover Park
     September 15 & 16 - 10:00 AM
   (Head Coach Interviews will take place on September 16)

** 13AA & 13AAA - JV Field
     September 15 & 16 - 1:00 PM
   (Head Coach Interviews will take place on September 16)

** 14AA & 14AAA - JV Field
     September 15 & 16 - 4:00 PM
   (Head Coach Interviews will take place on September 16)


Attendance at the September tryouts is critical because the tryout process includes real-time scrimmages to allow for evaluation of game play situations.  If you are unable to attend this tryout due to another in-season sport,you must continue with this registration and then communicate directly with Jason Anderson to make arrangements to attend the makeup tryout.   


Benefits of fall tryouts include:

  • Enables try-outs to be performed outside, on a baseball field.  Ability to hit true fly balls, and take grounders off dirt cannot be replicated indoors.

  • The boys skill level is at it's highest after a full summer of playing baseball.   Skills learned and developed over the summer can be applied during tryouts

  • Allows the teams to form in the fall with the ability to do some optional winter and early spring training, jump starting the team performance during the first few weeks of games in early May.


The registration process for traveling tryouts will be separate from registering for the actual traveling teams.  Separating the try out registration from the league registration greatly simplifies and streamlines the registration process for the volunteers who staff the tryouts and on-line systems.


The registration process flow will go like this:

1.  All who want to tryout for traveling teams will register for traveling tryouts & pay the $25 fee, which is nonrefundable.

2.  Team selections occur, and team members are posted on the website. 

3.  For those selected for traveling teams, the registration for the traveling program is sent via email.

4.  Those not selected for traveling will have the option to register separately for the in-house leagues and related weekend traveling teams in the Spring of 2018.

5.  Dibs will be an integral part of running our leagues again this year, our volunteers are vital to keeping our leagues running smoothly.  Details for the Dibs program in 2018 will be given to you sometime before the 2018 season begins.


General Registration Info

  • More than one child can be registered in each session, with a single check-out at the end.  
  • Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
  • To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
  • Upon completion of registration a charge from Hudson Boosters will appear on your account.
